SHE HEARS HIS VOICE

 Pulling Weeds & Planting Truth

As my husband and I have been restoring our own garden spaces lately, God has been reminding me that weeds rarely stay on the surface.
Their roots go deeper than we realize.
And sometimes emotional wounds work the same way.
Painful experiences can quietly plant lies in our hearts:

🌿 “I’m not enough.”
🌿 “My voice doesn’t matter.”
🌿 “I have to hold everything together.”
🌿 “God has forgotten me.”

But God desires to lovingly uncover those roots so He can replace them with truth.
📖 “You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” — John 8:32
Sometimes healing begins by asking:
“Lord… what lie did I begin believing because of this experience?”
And then quietly listening for His truth.
The beautiful thing about God is that He never removes weeds just to leave empty spaces.
He replants hope 🌱

📖 “To bestow on them beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning.” — Isaiah 61:3
What if God wants to restore joy where pain once took root?
